I had a fourth row seat at this show and decided to ask security if cameras
were allowed. The answer was yes, so I brought in my new digital
camera (Olympus C-3030 Zoom)
and got some really nice shots. Unfortunately, the
low light levels at some points during the show required long exposure
times, so some
of the shots have some motion blur or "shake" to them. Some of the better
lit shots turned out fantastic.

| One cool feature of my camera is that it can take little QuickTime mini-movies, complete with sound. I decided to try this during Clouds Race Across The Sky, which is probably my favorite song of the tour. A bit of warning - the sound was a bit loud for its microphone, so it's pretty loud in this file. You can hear Joe's guitar quite well but the bass, drums and keyboards weren't picked up nearly as well. This little snippet is where the band starts to go into a real free-form jam. The first bit of it has Joe coaxing various harmonics out of his guitar before really starting to work his fingers... 47 seconds total. |  3.08 MB |
